The adaptation of the supply chain makes it an effective tool in management a circular economy, as allows aspects sustainability and regeneration to be incorporated into production. However, empirical evidence is still insufficient. In addition, use absorptive capacity theory provides convenient context model that adapted knowledge required for application circularity principles. To study depth functioning chain, we dimension exploitation capacity, distinguishing between routines allow new production needs (technological knowledge) commercial (market knowledge). was conducted on sample 9612 companies, divided three levels technology intensity manufacturing, from PITEC panel using multivariate models. results show operating associated with logistics technologies developed fashion favor development products. Similarly, bidirectional flow necessary. first toward company practices better understanding customer their framework economy. second would customers, who need informed educated through various marketing communication activities adapt behavior principles circularity.
